​Get out of the house & help us at the FOSS Animal Adoption Center.  The Friends of Stokes Shelter runs mainly on volunteer support.  The day-to-day operations of the shelter would not be possible without the help of our wonderful volunteers.  The average 650 hours per month!!  Please consider volunteering with us.  It is a wonderful way to give back to your community while building friendships & having fun.

We always need dog walkers & groomers; cat enrichment activities & grooming.  Kennel & cage cleaning, building & landscape maintenance, laundry, office assistance, greeters, phone calls, transportation, special events, fundraisers & community outreach.
